Accessible Grandstand
The Gardner Straight Grandstand is an accessible pre-booked grandstand.
There are several amenities located near to the Gardner Straight Grandstand including accessible toilets, a customer service booth, Changing Places facility (Marveloo) and food outlets.
For accessible wheelchair requirements, tickets can be purchased online (including companion tickets). Simply select the Gardner Straight Grandstand option and select the accessible button at the top to proceed. For all other accessible needs not requiring a wheelchair but requiring a companion ticket, please call the Ticketmaster accessible hotline on 1300 446 925.
Island Pass - Accessible Viewing Platform
An Island Pass (General Admission) accessible viewing platform is available at the southern end of the Gardner Straight Grandstand. Accessible amenities located nearby include accessible toilets, a customer service booth, Changing Places facility (Marveloo) and food outlets.
The accessible viewing platform cannot be booked but there is plenty of space for you and one companion. This platform does not have weather protection so please ensure you bring appropriate clothing for all elements. All platforms are clearly signed, managed by event staff, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accessible Hospitality
Three Hospitality facilities are accessible – High Octane Club, VIP Village™ (Platinum Suite) and Champions Club.

Marveloo
Marveloo is designed to meet the needs of people who require additional assistance or services that cannot be found in standard accessible facilities.
Changing Place facilities are purpose-built and provide the following features:
- Fully accessible toilet
- Overhead ceiling hoist (rated to 1000kg)
- Height-adjustable adult change table
- Additional seating
- Safe and clean environment
- Adequate space
- Access ramp
- Automatic taps
- Privacy curtain for when a carer is present
Prior to use, all users are required to provide their own sling for use of the overhead ceiling hoist and are advised to check that their sling is compatible with the ceiling hoist provided in the facility.
The facility at the event is fitted with a Prism Medical Model C-450 Ceiling Hoist. If compatibility has not been checked or there is some uncertainty, the user should not use the ceiling hoist.
The facility is conveniently located in Gardner Village, at the rear of the Accessible Viewing Platform and close to Gate 7.
Closed captioning will be available on all super-screens during the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2025, so everyone can keep up with the action—even if they can’t hear the sound.

AGPC is affiliated with Companion Cards to ensure all patrons of the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2025 have full and equal access to the event.
When the holder of a Companion Card purchases a ticket to the event, a second ticket will be issued for their companion at no charge, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Companion Card. A ticket for a companion must be requested at the time of booking.
To select this, select the accessible button at the top of the booking page to proceed. For all other accessible needs not requiring a wheelchair but requiring a companion ticket, please call the Ticketmaster accessible hotline on 1300 446 925.
Please note that concession prices do not apply to Hospitality tickets. If you purchase a Hospitality ticket to the event and hold a Companion card, a complimentary ticket for your companion will not be issued. Companions must also purchase a Hospitality ticket.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the Accessible Office outside the Circuit near Gate 7. Look for signage to direct you or ask for directions at the customer service booth.
Accessible Shuttle Bus
A free wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus operates within the circuit.
This vehicle is available to transport customers with mobility impairments and strictly one carer or companion. Any requirements for additional companions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on service levels. At all times, priority will be given to customers in wheelchairs and with walking aids.
Wheelaway is an on-call service, and bookings can be made by calling Wheelaway on 1800 133 320.
Infield Access
Access to the circuit's infield for patrons with limited mobility is via the free accessible shuttle only.
Catch-a-Coach Services
A pre-booked wheelchair-accessible bus will operate from Melbourne (Southern Cross Coach Terminal 1) to Gate 3 each day of the event. Email ticketing@grandprix.com.au for availability and to secure a spot. Bookings are essential for this service.
Circuit Parking
There is a specific car park for any patrons with accessible needs. this is located directly outside Gate 7. A permit must be obtained from the Australian Grand Prix Corporation in advance by emailing accessibility@grandprix.com.au to park in this area. Applications will open early September and close Friday 10th October.
Please note – all car parking is $20 per day and paid on entry to the car park.
Local Bus Service
If you are staying on Phillip Island, there are shuttle services operating to/from the circuit and the entire Phillip Island and its surroundings.

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation is proud to be a member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower - Australia & New Zealand initiative at the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2025.
This program aims to support and raise awareness for those living with a hidden disability, and we have trained our staff to recognise the Sunflower and offer support to wearers.
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower will be welcomed at our event by wearing the Sunflower pin, wristband or lanyard.

The multi-faith prayer room provides a quiet and inclusive space for reflection, meditation, and prayer. Open to attendees of all faiths and beliefs, it is equipped with rugs, cushions, seating, shoe racks, and a divider to create two separate areas if required.
A parent room is available, featuring comfortable seating, change table, and microwave. The room is equipped with heating and cooling and can be locked for privacy.
A designated pram parking area is available at the event for prams that cannot be folded and stored under a grandstand seat.
We are one of the first Motorcycle Grands Prix to provide a Sensory Room for our guests. It is located near the event office as you come in from Gate 7. The room comes with specially designed sensory equipment and has been soundproofed to offer a reduced sensory space during the Grand Prix.
There are two service animal relief areas around the circuit next to Customer Service Booths. These locations can be found on our Visitor Map.
